I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Whether you’re booking a private Starseed Origins Session or joining one of my cosmic activations, courses or workshops, you’re stepping into a space crafted for deep soul remembering.

These terms are here to support us both, to hold the container with clarity, kindness, and care. By purchasing a session, course, workshop, event, product or Community membership, you’re saying yes to a shared experience that honors your growth, my offerings, and the sacred energy between us.

Service Description 

My current offerings include Starseed Origins Sessions, online courses and workshops, the Galactic Alliance Community, and digital products designed to support your cosmic awakening.



In Galactic Origin 1:1 sessions, we explore your star lineage, gifts, and soul mission using muscle testing, intuitive insight, and my custom-designed Galactic Codex.

My courses, workshops and events are immersive journeys into self-activation, guided experiences set up to assist you with reconnecting to greater guidance, inner knowing and activating the planet... depending on what offering you choose.

Some offerings are delivered as digital products (e.g., Light Language activation audios, downloadable bundles, and printable PDFs). These are self-guided spiritual resources intended for personal growth, energetic support, and intuitive development.

The Galactic Alliance is a community space for connection with other like minds for learning and group support.

These offerings are spiritual in nature and intended to support personal growth, embodiment and realization of your galactic self.



Client Responsibilities – Sessions & Courses

For 1:1 sessions, arrive with an open heart and a clear intention. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, and silence any distractions.

For courses and workshops, come ready to be present, take notes, and engage with the material, this is your sacred space to connect, remember, and receive.

For digital activations and downloadable materials, you are responsible for creating a safe, quiet space to listen and integrate. Please avoid listening while driving or operating machinery, and honor your body’s timing by allowing rest, hydration, and spaciousness after energetic work. If you are feeling emotionally or mentally unsteady, consider waiting until you feel more grounded or seek appropriate professional support before engaging.

Your willingness to show up fully supports the energy of what is being offered.


Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

1:1 Sessions
Payment is due at the time of booking and is processed securely through Stripe. In the spirit of mutual respect, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Here’s how the cancellation policy works:
✩ If you give 24 hours notice, you can receive a 50% refund of your session fee.
✩ If you cancel within 24 hours, or miss your session, the fee is non-refundable.

This policy helps honor the commitment we make to each other in this healing journey.

Courses, Workshops & Events
Payment for courses, workshops and events is made in full at the time of registration. All prices are clearly listed and processed securely through Stripe.

Due to the energetic nature of these offerings and the limited space available, all Workshop and Event purchases are non-refundable. Your journey begins the moment you say yes, through the energy you bring, the materials you receive, and the field we create together. Please register with clarity and intention, knowing you are ready to commit to this. If you’re unsure whether this experience is right for you, feel free to reach out before enrolling.

If I ever need to cancel a workshop or journey for any reason, you will receive a full refund, and/or a reschedule option. 

Digital Products (Downloads, Audio Activations, PDFs)
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” digital purchases are generally non-refundable.

The Galactic Alliance is offered as a one time purchase or recurring payment, you authorize your payment method to be charged on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel anytime through your account settings (or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future charges and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Some Courses include temporary access to The Galactic Alliance for the duration stated on the checkout page. This included access does not auto-renew. If you’d like to remain in The Galactic Alliance after your included access ends, an email will go out welcoming you to join via the monthly or yearly membership options available at that time.

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access to digital materials. If a specific offering includes a guarantee, it will be clearly stated on the checkout page and will apply only under those conditions and timeframe.

If there is a guarantee for a course, it applies within 7 days and before accessing course content beyond Week 1. If a refund is issued, access to the course and included community access is removed.

If you have any issues please contact support first, so we have the chance to resolve them together.

The sessions, workshops, events, community and materials I offer are intended to support spiritual insight, self-awareness, and energetic transformation. They are not designed to replace your own inner authority or discernment. While some may experience healing or clarity through this work, it is not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as health, mental well-being, legal matters, or finances.

Experiences with Light Language and energetic activations vary widely from person to person; outcomes cannot be guaranteed and may be subtle, gradual, or different than expected. Each person is as unique as a starbeam, and what you receive will depend on your nervous system, readiness, intention, and integration.

For your safety and clearest reception, I recommend engaging with these activations sober and well-grounded. If you choose to use any substances, please do so responsibly and understand that it may affect your experience, integration, and discernment.

Confidentiality 

With 1:1 sessions, your journey with me is held in sacred space. Rest assured everything shared in our sessions stays between us and is held in strict confidence. The only exception would be if required by law but that’s an exceptionally rare thing. Your trust is a precious gift and I honour it deeply.

For group workshops/courses/community spaces, I ask all participants to honor confidentiality and respect one another’s privacy. However, I cannot guarantee the actions of other participants, and by joining group spaces you agree to take part with your own intuitive discernment. 

Professional Identity

In the spirit of clarity and openness, as I do in the sessions I offer, I wish to share a note about my professional identity. ‘Gaianna Sophia’ is the name I have chosen for my spiritual and professional work. This name embodies the essence of the light and healing I bring into the sessions. It is a name that resonates deeply with my worldly mission and the services that I provide.

 While ‘Gaianna Sophia’ is not my legal name, it represents my authentic self and the energy I share in our sessions. I value your trust and want to ensure there is no ambiguity about my professional persona. This decision to use a professional alias aligns with my personal privacy needs and the nature of the spiritual services I offer.


Intellectual Property 


The unique blend of insights, techniques, and Light Language I share with you is close to my heart and is my intellectual property. This means the content from our sessions or workshops, courses, events, products ...anything experienced on my website are for your personal use only and shouldn’t be copied, shared on social media or anywhere publicly without my joyous consent. It’s all about respecting and valuing the energy and love poured into this work. You can share what your experience with me was like on social media, I do appreciate any kind words you may have that helps others to understand the work that is offered here :)


Any digital products are for single-person use and may not be forwarded, shared, resold, reproduced, or uploaded to any website, platform, folder, or file-sharing service. Purchase does not grant any license for redistribution.


Limitation of Liability 

As we journey together remember that I’m here as a guide not a professional advisor. While I strive to offer enriching and expansive sessions and journeys I’m not liable for any decisions you make as a result of our time together. Trust your inner wisdom, it’s your most powerful guide.


For self-guided courses and digital products, you recognize yourself as a sovereign being who accepts responsibility for how, when, and whether you use the materials, and for your own interpretation, integration, and actions.

Delivery and Access

For 1:1 sessions, after scheduling and purchasing a time with me, be sure to add that time into your calendar. An email will also be sent to you with your booking details.

For live workshops and events, after purchase, be sure to mark in your calendar the date and time. An email will also be sent to you with the workshop/event meetup details.

Digital downloads, courses, and community access are provided immediately on the thank-you page and/or by email.

Please ensure you enter your email correctly at checkout. If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, check spam/promotions. Contact support if it doesn't show up.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and device/browser needed to download and view the materials. Download/streaming performance may vary based on your internet connection and device.

Live events may be recorded and shared inside the community for members. By attending live calls, you consent to being on a group call; you may keep your camera off and use a nickname if you prefer.

If a file link breaks, contact support and we will provide a fresh link.


User Conduct 

In our shared spaces, kindness and respect are the stars that guide us. I welcome you just as you are, and I ask for that same gentleness toward me, toward one another, and toward the process itself. Sometimes there are hiccups: tech glitches, tender emotions, timing shifts, or simple misunderstandings. When they happen, a little compassion goes a long way, and we’ll move through it together with care.

I ask that you honor this space with discretion and respect. What’s shared here, course materials, activations, screenshots, and especially personal stories, is part of a sacred container. Please don’t repost or share private content (or another person’s words/experience) outside of this space without clear, enthusiastic permission. We’re here to remember our lineages together in a way that feels safe, kind, and trustworthy for everyone.

All of these offerings are held in supportive, sacred spaces, places where people can soften, open, and be real without fear of ridicule or harm. Because of that, harassment, hate speech, bullying, or repeated disruptive behavior aren’t welcome here. If something happens, I’ll always aim to handle it with fairness and care, and I also reserve the right to remove someone from a session, course, workshop, or community space to protect the container and the people within it, with or without refund depending on the circumstances.


Age Restriction 

To ensure we’re all aligned with the law and ethical practices you need to be at least 18 years old to book a session. If you’re younger and seeking guidance bring a guardian into the session with you. Be sure to let me know at minimum, 24 hours in advance that someone else will be present. It’s all about creating a responsible and supportive environment.



Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

Our cosmic connection might be boundless but when it comes to legalities the laws of British Columbia, Canada are what guide us. Any disputes that might arise from our sessions will be addressed under these laws. It’s like anchoring our ethereal journey in the earthly realm of law and order.


Amendments 

Change is the only constant in our universe and that applies to these terms too. I might update them from time to time to reflect new insights or legal requirements. Whenever that happens I’ll let you know via one of my newsletters and by continuing to use my services you’re agreeing to these changes. It’s all part of evolving together!
